2014年01月10日 start pumping [長年日記]
_ I started pumping yesterday afternoon.
Found a problem in the controller of the 2nd turbo pump.
Only the display was in disorder. I asked a quotation to Ailin-ShinKuu.
Others seem to be okay. The indicator of the Scroll Pump vacuum seems to be fixed.
I could not find other troubles.
