雷雨のためかどうかわかりませんが，夜中にビームダンプが立て続けに二回もあって，かれこれ二時間ぐらいビームが使えていません．

_ Current Amplifier

The macro file should be corrected to delete the 'auto scale' command.

_ Problem for 'Open Heater'

I received a phone call from Toyo-Technica this morning.

He said that the setting of PID is P=50, I=20, D=100, and that the manual set should be zero. The problem may be related to the value of L of the heater. Putting a condensor about 1 micro-F may work for the problem. Anyway I will measure the resistance of the heater and tell him the value. It is 23.8 Ohm between G-H. LCR meter is used to measure the L value. The limit voltage is 50 V to open the heater connection.

_ Al2O3

I received ten crystals of Al2O3 0001 today.　They are on the shelf.

_ Multilayer Holders

I will set all multilayers on the holders made by Toyama today. They are in the desiccator.

_ Ceramic holders for temperature sensors

They are made by DENKA Boron nitride Co. through Niki-kougei. Perhaps we can order to Denka directly. They are on the shelf.
