_ Somehow, the temperature of Cernox cannot be read.
Need to open the cryostat.

2012年02月20日 z motor [長年日記]
_ Now the z motor is recovered. The problem seems to be a bad junction at the connector. It was replaced with a new motor. The transfer rate becomes twice as before. Accordingly, the spec config has been changed.
