The transfer stick (rod) is missing.
3 samples were put into the Prep chamber by fingers.
I do not know how to get them out.
A sample was transferred at V1=6.0x10-8Pa and Prep=1.32x10-5 Pa, then V1=5.0x10-7Pa and Prep=8.0x10-6Pa.
Just after the transfer, V1=1.2x10-7Pa and Prep=1.26x10-5Pa.
