– 1/4 circulary polarization
– E = 6.50000 keV
– XPR effective thickness = 0.3821 mm
– Laue case : 220 reflection
_ Bragg angle = 49.1345 degree
– Offset angle = 54.0487 arcsec
– Piezo Voltage = 1.4261 V
